Go to Appointments > New Appointment. Select the patient, choose the doctor and department, set the date and time, and add any special notes. The system will automatically check for scheduling conflicts.

How can I generate reports?

Navigate to Reports section in the main menu. Choose the type of report you need (patient reports, billing reports, inventory reports, etc.), set the date range and filters, then click "Generate Report".

How do I update inventory?

Go to Pharmacy > Inventory Management. You can add new items, update quantities, set minimum stock levels, and configure automatic reorder alerts. The system will notify you when stock levels are low.

How can I backup my data?

Data backups are automatically performed daily by our system. However, you can also manually backup specific data by going to Settings > Data Management > Backup. Contact support if you need assistance with data recovery.

How do I add a new doctor?

Navigate to Doctors > New Doctor. Fill in the doctor's information including personal details, specialization, qualifications, and availability schedule. Assign them to appropriate departments and set their consultation fees.
